O'2L
“Stolen Beat Box”

EARLY REVIEWS: "Hats off to Peak, who brought this album to the forefront - it doesn't get any better than this." (Top 50 Reviewer) "I love this album...now this is how the new Steely Dan was supposed to sound." (RightLight)

CREATIVITY MAGIZINE, O2L - March 2003: Here's a video you haven't seen yet, and, just as rare, its actually got an engagingly coherent narrative. The jazz/rockish tune, by Bang Music composer Jane Pitrelli, whose band is called 0'2L (featuring Al Pitrelli, Megadeth), has an insistently pounding piano note that would, unsurprisingly, make great commercial music.

The clip itself has all the brio of an award-winning Nike spot. The story involves a portable TV, on which Al Pitrelli, Megadeth is seen playing the song which improbably exchanges hands all around New York, the action ranging from a bar to Times Square to the subway, with the TV finally crushed in a garbage truck. Very imaginative and crisply executed.
